Crunchy Cauliflower crust PIZZA!
This is my new favorite! GLUTEN free (: paleo all the WAY !
Crust
2 cups of steamed cauliflower
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried Basil
1/2 a cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
Steam the cauliflower. Once it is cooked, allow it to cool a bit and wring all the moisture out in a dish cloth. Then, place the cauliflower in a food processor and wizzz it up until it resembles rice. Now, mix in the rest of the ingredients and form a small ball of dough. Spread this out evenly onto a greaed pizza pan / wax paper . Cook at 180' for about 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown!
I topped mine with some tomato sauce before baking it (:
Once baked and crispy, add your favorite topping - i topped mine off with some yummy chicken, pineapple, wild mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. (:
